Returns and Cancellation Policy
Returns: We accept only replacements on damaged items. Please inform us within 24 hours of delivery at care@meritaclothing.com
Items must be unused, unwashed, and with original packaging.
An uncut package opening video must be shared on the email address or WhatsApp number provided above to be eligible for a replacement on damaged items.
Exchange process: Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship your replacement within 5–7 working days.
Cancellations: Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
